11. If you have the following competencies (Same as Job description):

ACCOUNTING Responsibilities:

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies

Create and update expense reports

Process reimbursement forms

Prepare bank deposits

Enter financial transactions into internal databases

Create, use and Check spreadsheets for accuracy

Maintain digital and physical financial records

Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed

Record every financial activities within the internal database

Follow procedures

Work along with the accounting firm and the headquarters financial service

INVENTORY Responsibilities:

Counts, sorts and checks in incoming articles; verifies against requisitions, shipping notices or invoices; places articles on sales floor shelves or in storeroom.

Replenishes merchandise on shelves from storeroom stock; rotates merchandise and keeps it orderly and neat in appearance.

Checks inventory periodically to determine reordering needs and verify with records; requisitions standard stock items, supplies or materials within established limits; notifies designated staff of fast moving items.

Places or changes price tags on merchandise; places tags, markers or labels on shelves to identify stock.

Packs and ships packages according to instructions using boxes, packing materials and sealing tape.

Records or documents changes in inventory, mark-ups or markdowns of merchandise according to established procedures.

Gathers requisitioned supplies, merchandise or materials and prepares for delivery or pick-up.

Greeting customers:

Receive and deal with customer

Advise customer on technical products

Recommend more than one product option whenever possible

Processing card payment

Handling products returns and payment refund.

Handling payments


Job Types: Part time job ( 3 days per week) to start and can become a full time job regarding the growth of the company

Pay: £912 per month
